Aesthetic Dentistry

The Aesthetic Dentistry developed at Clínica São Dente is based on minimally invasive clinical procedures and follows the principles of Biomimetic Rehabilitation. The doctor is therefore constantly concerned with preserving as much tooth structure as possible.

At Clínica São Dente, teeth with fractures, changes in size or shape, caries lesions and colour changes will be restored, reproducing all the characteristics of a natural, intact tooth.

All the work carried out presupposes detailed prior planning, which analyzes the craniofacial structure, smile, color, texture and other optical and functional characteristics of the teeth.

Restorations

By using state-of-the-art materials that mimic dental structures as much as possible, teeth are reconstructed while respecting their original anatomy and color.

Aesthetic veneers

Made from ceramic or composite, veneers work like contact lenses to correct changes in the color, shape or position of teeth.

Bleaching

As the name suggests, whitening is a treatment whose ultimate aim is to whiten teeth. There are currently two types of whitening:

• In-office whitening: this treatment shows faster results, with whitening completed at the end of the appointment.

• Outpatient whitening: treatment will be done at home with medical supervision in the office and after making individualized trays and counseling each patient.

For non-vital (devitalized) teeth, it is also possible to whiten them internally in order to remove pigments.
