Orofacial Harmonization
Orofacial Harmonization concerns a set of medical procedures that seek to promote the aesthetic and functional balance of the face. By using differentiated procedures and the use of high-quality products, we can correct less favorable facial features.
At Clínica São Dente we use minimally invasive procedures that allow us to prevent and reduce signs of the natural aging process.
Each patient is unique, with their own craniofacial characteristics and their own needs and expectations. Our goal is to find the solution that meets your needs and expectations.
Postoperative recovery time is generally short.
Hyaluronic Acid and Botox
Hyaluronic Acid Filling
Infiltration or filling with hyaluronic acid is one of the most widely used facial rejuvenation techniques. Because this technique absorbs a large amount of water, it restores skin hydration and is an extremely effective method of increasing volume in older areas, particularly for filling in grooves and expression lines caused by age, as well as for redefining the shape and contour of the lips, dark circles, cheekbones and angle of the jaw.
The main benefits of Hyaluronic Acid:
- Restores skin hydration levels;
- Increases skin firmness and elasticity;
- Prevents and improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles;
- Adds volume, repositions tissues and improves facial contour;
Botox or Botulinum Toxin
Botox injections can be done from an aesthetic or therapeutic perspective.
In its aesthetic aspect, is applied with the aim of preventing expression lines and other wrinkles on the face, to correct a gummy smile or small asymmetries.
In its therapeutic aspect, it is used to treat temporomandibular dysfunction, bruxism and tension headaches.
The great advantage of this procedure is that it is minimally invasive, reducing recovery time and the risk of complications.
Biostimulation
Biostimulants are natural substances that, when injected into the skin, stimulate the natural production of collagen, improving sagging, texture and shine of the skin. The results are natural and progressive, visible from 30 days after the procedure and can last up to 2 years.
There are several types of biostimulants on the market, the best known being poly-L-lactic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite.
Choosing a biostimulator requires a medical evaluation to adapt the treatment to your needs and expectations.
